These crusts can be used to replace a traditional high carb crust for your pumpkin pie (keep reading for more uses). Just coat your glass pan with coconut oil add the crusts add your pumpkin mixture and bake at your recipes normal bake time. A smaller pan can be used if you prefer a deep dish otherwise a shallow pie is suggested so that the pumpkin doesn’t stick to the side of the pan. If you like to add nuts just sprinkle some on the top of the crust and then add your pumpkin mixture. For a delicious decadent breakfast or snack/dessert just whip up some heavy cream with your favorite no sugar sweetener then lightly bake at 375 for 5 minutes let it cool a bit then add the cream in the middle of the crust to make a pumpkin roll up. Alternatively, a whipped cream cheese sweetened with your favorite sugar replacement can be good in the frig to keep handy for a very quick treat. Looking for a healthy and easy holiday dessert? Just slice one of the rollups to make a beautiful pinwheel dessert. You can also cut your crust into 6 even slices and put your whipped cream or cream cheese mixture between the layers for a super quick and easy stacked high pie or just stack the whole crusts.
