Dessert cauliflower pizza can be baked different amounts of time depending on desired crispness of the crust. Place crust on parchment paper (not wax) on a pan. If you want a flexible crust that resembles a cake bottom bake at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes. For a firmer crispy crust bake at 375 for 10-14 minutes until desired browning.
Beat 1 oz. package of cream cheese with monk fruit sweetener, honey or your sweetener of choice. If desired a ½ teaspoon of vanilla can also be added. Whip until you can easily spread it on top of the crust. You can then add any variety of fruit to the top for a delicious dessert. Enjoy!
