Baking Instructions

Start with a thick pizza sauce, but try to find one without sugar. Add your cheese, preferably a low moisture cheese to avoid to much moisture in the crust. Although other cheeses may be added.

Low-carb topping options are endless: bacon, salami, mushrooms, blue cheese, shredded chicken, sautéed onions, green or red peppers any other low carb toppings that you would like!

If you want a flexible crust that resembles a cake bottom bake at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes. For a firmer crispy crust bake at 375 for 10-14 minutes until desired browning.

Beat 1 oz. package of cream cheese with monk fruit sweetener, honey or your sweetener of choice. If desired a ½ teaspoon of vanilla can also be added. Whip until you can easily spread it on top of the crust. You can then add any variety of fruit to the top for a delicious dessert. Enjoy!
