The key to using these is to heat in oven (or maybe in skillet) for 2-3 minutes (I did at 350 degrees). Then, they hold together while one "dresses" them. I used combination of cream cheese, unsweetened chocolate syrup which I spread on bottom wrap. Added sliced strawberries & blueberries & sprinkle of cinnamon, topping with 2nd wrap & spreading remains of cream cheese stuff & served with dollop of whipped cream. My next adventures will be as pumpkin pie crust, then cauliflower dessert crust for coconut cream pie & then chicken salad wrap with dill pickle. Really LOVE these wraps
