To make:Smear frozen Broccoli Crust with garlic herb butter and bake at 400º for 3 minutes. Sprinkle top with 1/2c fresh shredded mozzarella. Drop spoonfuls of ricotta over the top. Add a drizzle of olive oil over the top and then back in the oven until bubbly. Enjoy!
Tip:Try mixing your ricotta with red pepper flakes, garlic, salt, and a dry herb blend!
