Meat & Cheese Pinwheels

If we could only bottle the cool crisp of a veggie-packed pinwheel wrap, we’d be millionaires! But, since we can’t, we’ve settled for this delicious cold-cut friendly recipe. Stack it up with spinach, coleslaw, or fresh heirloom tomatoes. You’ll never dread lunch in the break room again!



  • 1 Zucchini Keto Crust
  • Sliced lunch meat
  • Sliced cheese
  • Mixed greens
  • Condiments of choice


  1. Cook frozen crust on stove until medium brown on both sides
  2. Spread condiments on entire crust
  3. Place desired fillings on one side of crust
  4. Gently roll, and cut into pieces
  5. Plate with toothpicks or garnish picks
  6. *Each crust makes 5-7 pinwheels, depending on cut size
