If we could only bottle the cool crisp of a veggie-packed pinwheel wrap, we’d be millionaires! But, since we can’t, we’ve settled for this delicious cold-cut friendly recipe. Stack it up with spinach, coleslaw, or fresh heirloom tomatoes. You’ll never dread lunch in the break room again!
Ingredients:
- 1 Zucchini Keto Crust
- Sliced lunch meat
- Sliced cheese
- Mixed greens
- Condiments of choice
Directions:
- Cook frozen crust on stove until medium brown on both sides
- Spread condiments on entire crust
- Place desired fillings on one side of crust
- Gently roll, and cut into pieces
- Plate with toothpicks or garnish picks
- *Each crust makes 5-7 pinwheels, depending on cut size
