If we could only bottle the cool crisp of a veggie-packed pinwheel wrap, we’d be millionaires! But, since we can’t, we’ve settled for this delicious cold-cut friendly recipe. Stack it up with spinach, coleslaw, or fresh heirloom tomatoes. You’ll never dread lunch in the breakroom again!
- 1 Zucchini Keto Crust
- Chopped veggies of choice
- Veggie dip of choice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Cook frozen crust on the stove until medium brown on both sides
- Allow crust to cool
- Spread veggie dip onto the entire crust
- Top with veggies & cheese
*You can make your own veggie dip by mixing ranch seasoning with cream cheese or Greek yogurt
