Keto Taco Cups


  • 1 Mexi Zucchini Keto Crust
  • Cooked ground pork, beef, or alternative (seasoned to taste)
  • Salsa
  • Cilantro
  • Shredded cheese of choice
  • Sour cream
  • Lime for garnish
  1. Cook frozen or thawed crust in a nonstick pan on medium until lightly browned on both sides, but still flexible; about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  2. Carefully remove crust and place on a flat surface.
  3. Using a knife or cookie cutter, cut crust into 2-3 inch circles and gently press each piece into a lightly greased muffin pan.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crusts are firm.
  5. Carefully remove your keto cups from the muffin pan, letting them cool for a few minutes.
  6. Add your meat, desired toppings, and enjoy!
