Homemade Lasagna on Mexi Cabbage Crust

To make: 🍝 Homemade lasagna! No need to miss out on an old favorite when you can make it low carb and it tastes just as good.

Lasagna recipe: Tweaked a bit

💥1 lb pork sausage 💥1 tbs minced garlic 💥Italian zest seasoning from @flavorgod 💥2 KBosh Mexi Cabbage Crusts 💥6 tbs ricotta cheese. 💥1 1/4 cup @raoshomemade sauce 💥3/4 cup mozzarella cheese 

Brown the pork and cook with 1 tbs of minced garlic and add in Italian zest. Drain and then add 1 cup Raos sauce and let simmer for a few minutes. (Add more if you want it more saucy)

Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Add 1/4 cup of Raos to the bottom then add a slice of the crust, then 1/3 of the meat then 3 tbs of ricotta cheese then 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. Do this step for a second time with the next layer of crust. Place the final crust on add remaining meat and cheese. Bake 400° for 25-30 min or until cheese is fully melted. (Time will vary)


Roughly 6 net with my brand ingredients for 4 servings 🙌🏻

Tip: Shredding your own mozzarella cheese makes it melt better
