Rise and shine! It’s time for a healthy Kbosh breakfast. These little quiches are a wonderful way to stave off hunger pains on a busy morning. We suggest prepping these at the beginning of your week so that you can sleep just a little longer on the weekdays.
- 1 Broccoli Keto Crust, blended/crumbled
- 6 eggs, beaten
- Chopped veggies of choice
- Chopped protein of choice
- Shredded cheese of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lightly grease muffin tin
- Add a tablespoon of crumbled broccoli crust to each muffin tin
- Mix eggs and veggies together and evenly distribute in a muffin tin
- Top each muffin tin with protein and shredded cheese
- Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes
*bake until you can poke the center with a fork and it comes out clean
