Grab n' Go Egg Bites

Rise and shine! It’s time for a healthy Kbosh breakfast. These little quiches are a wonderful way to stave off hunger pains on a busy morning. We suggest prepping these at the beginning of your week so that you can sleep just a little longer on the weekdays.
  • 1 Broccoli Keto Crust, blended/crumbled
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • Chopped veggies of choice
  • Chopped protein of choice
  • Shredded cheese of choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Lightly grease muffin tin
  2. Add a tablespoon of crumbled broccoli crust to each muffin tin
  3. Mix eggs and veggies together and evenly distribute in a muffin tin
  4. Top each muffin tin with protein and shredded cheese
  5. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes

*bake until you can poke the center with a fork and it comes out clean
