Chicken Salad Wrap on Kale Crust

To make: Mix unsweetened unsweetened, dried cranberries, chopped celery, red onion, crushed walnuts, two cans of chicken, mayo, apple cider vinegar and celery seed. Bake a Kale Crust as instructed and let cool. Once cooled, top crust with chicken salad mixture.

Tip: Try boiling the dried cranberries with some erythritol and whole earth sweet drops till plump and juicy!
