Listen, it’s time someone said it - Alfredo sauce is the king of all Americanized Italian food. Lucky for you, it’s also keto-friendly. Take some heavy cream, a high-quality Parmesan, and minced garlic and go to town! Just when you think it can’t get any better, we top it all off with crispy bacon and shredded chicken.
To make: Bake a Zucchini Crust as instructed and let cool. Spread Alfredo sauce onto crust and top with chicken, bacon, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Broil until toppings are nice and bubbly.
Tip: Spread toppings all the way to the edge of the crust to avoid over-cooking the edges. (Unless you like a little crispiness!)
