One of our favorite ways to use a Kbosh crust is to fold it over and stuff it like a pocket. That’s exactly what we’ve done with this recipe, which is reminiscent of a hearty meatball sub. A meal like this will keep you satisfied for hours. You’re welcome!
To make: Let your Italian Spinach Crust thaw for 10 minutes. While the crust thaws, mix together cooked ground beef and marinara. Lightly coat a pan in oil of choice and cook the thawed crust on med/high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Add a small layer of mozzarella & parmesan cheese to half the crust. Add a layer of meat/marinara mixture. Top with a final layer of cheese and fold over. Cook on both sides until desired crispness.
